2014 PokerStars UKIPT scheduled revealed
The preliminary schedule for Season 4 of PokerStars UKIPT (UK Ireland Poker Tour) has been revealed, with PokerStars announcing all six stops for Season 4, with the dates for two of the UKIPT stops still to be announced.
Season 4 will kick-off in Edinburgh, Scotland in mid-January, before moving on to Dublin, Ireland, Marbella, Spain, the Isle of Man, Nottingham and London.
* Stop #1: Edinburgh 16th – 20th January at the Assembly Rooms
Main Event £1000 + 100, £500,000 guaranteed
* Stop #2: Dublin 27th February – 3rd March at the Mansion House
Main Event €700 + 70, €350,000 guaranteed
* Stop #3: Nottingham 7th – 12th May at the Dusk Till Dawn
Main Event £1000 + 100, £1,000,000 guaranteed
* Stop #4: Marbella 11th – 15th June at the Casino Marbella
Main Event €1000 + 100, €500,000 guaranteed
* Stop #5: Isle Of Man [Dates to be determined] at the Villa Marina
Main Event £700 + 70, £350,000 guaranteed
* Stop #6: London [Dates and details to be determined]
One major change that was announced was the rolling back of the Main Event buy-in at two of the stops, Dublin and the Isle of Man, which will feature £770 buy-ins, instead of the tours usual £1,100 buy-in.

In its four years the UKIPT has ascended towards the top of the UK poker tour pack, rivaling the GUKPT, Sky Poker Tour, and the Genting Poker Series as top flight UK poker tournaments.
The London tournament series (the Grand Final of the UKIPT season) is part of the larger PokerStars EPT London series, and is one of the best attended tournaments of the year.
