New registrations must verify their e-mail accounts now. That means they must click on a link after registering, in their e-mail. As far as I understand it, banned users' emails will also block the user from signing up in the future from the same e-mail.

This will not prevent problem users from registering again, but it will slow down the time they can, and will make it more difficult and more hassle for them to do so.

i dont think ive ever been emailed by here.... ill check my settings, hopefully its just a screwup on my part
