State of the Forum

I hate to say it, but PFO is becoming a hellhole. Every single day I log on to PF, and I enjoy reading all the threads and trying to reply with advice to the best of my knowledge. Today is the first day that I am not enjoying browsing the forums. Prior to today I had not put anyone on the Iggy list, not even PP100. However, today I have added two. 0 in ten months. 2 in one day. This goes right along with Alex's post, and I know he had a similar one a while back also. However, I have never seen so many posts with so little content. Now, I have had my share of one-liners, but at least they provided comic relief(I hope.) Many of these comments are slanderous of other members and have no place on the forum. This is still the best forum on the net, but we have reached an all-time low. I'm sure others share my concerns, and I think we all need to help in order to preserve the site.

This forum has a remarkably low idiot quotient.

It's risen a bit at the moment, but the candle that burns twice as bright is worth two in the bush. Or something.

I know, and I was one who vote no. Maybe I am overreacting, but I don't know. Today was just not enjoyable reading through the threads. However, I'm not very good at coming up with ideas.

AT, Irexes is correct too though - go take a stroll at PokerPages.com's forum or one of our 'competitor/rival's' www.cardschat.com... PFO really does have a higher quality of posts compared to other forums.

Today/yesterday has been pretty terrible. I'm on the same platform as AT, I ignored 2 members, the first time I had ever done it. PP98 was one thing, he was actually cute about it. This just seems to be destroying the forums.

As a side note: ANNOUNCED TILT GET ON AIM YOU BANANA HEAD.
