I took a couple weeks off to take a little break from work but am back now and have already implemented a number of new improvements. More are on the way as well:

Replaced 'Memberlists' link with new 'Community' Dropdown Menu

The Memberlists link which was located in the upper right navigation bar has been replaced with a new Community dropdown menu. This menu contains links pertaining to PFO's community including: Social Groups, Pictures & Albums, Contacts & Friends, and of course the Members List.

Advertising Page Updated

I've updated our advertising page by making rather large reductions in our prices due to a lower advertiser demand as of late. I have some great news related to our advertising though that I'll be unveiling in my next batch of updates.

Forum Smiley Paths Merged

Previously, we were keeping our PFO smilies in two different directories which caused some confusion. For the sake of simplicity, I moved all the smileys to one directory and deleted the other one.

I hunted down 22 great smilies that will work well on PFO and added them to the site. Introducing:



Created Custom Add Video Button

I created the following custom 'Add Video' button that is shown on the category pages of our videos section:

Previously, there was no image for it so hopefully some members will help contribute some videos now :-)

Upgraded "Members who have visited today" plugin from v3.7.003 to v3.8.002

This plugin was upgraded in order to keep it up-to-date and working with the current version of vBulletin (v3.8.2).

Uninstalled Super PM (Mass PM) Plugin

This plugin, which let the administrator mass Private Message members, was removed since it was very old and hadn't been supported for a very long time.

Outdated and Remnant Files Purged

I ran a diagnostics scan on the forum's files which helped me locate any old and unused files, most of which were from old vBulletin and plugin installations. I removed over a couple dozen of these files helping clean up the server and keep it up-to-date.
