No offence, but this sounds really lame.

Its not innovative.

It is tried and tested and fails miserably every time because degenerate gamblers will gamble far more than they can ever afford to pay back and some type of people will lose money and never intend to pay it back. The system then collapses. Am I going to be satisfied that someone who fails to pay me my money to feed my kids with is "blacklisted"? No.

Here the concept is different, where Player Play with their Own Friends ,secondly ,the game is designed to Play with in their own state .
Any Known person is not allowed to enter your own Group.
There are many Feature and will provide you the download link if you require. And Certainly there is a option to set there own Rule Pertaining to Financial security between the member of the group .

People usually play online because they dont have home games around them or people to play with, this is going to fail.

Hi,
In US sitiuation is Bad of the Poker Industry, due to the enforment of UIGEA, which refain Poker Operator along with the Bank to do any type of financial trasaction.Hence no one can get any type of Payment from playing Online Poker in US .hence the concept of Group play has developed.

Not exactly. The UIGEA cannot refrain any poker operator from doing any type of financial transaction. The sites are outside US jurisdiction. The UIGEA prohibited US financial institutions from electronically sending money to any entity involved in online gambling. The banks can still receive money from online gambling entities, IIRC. Regardless, the gambling sites can still send paper checks to US residents who can then deposit or cash the checks at any US bank.

US players still have the option to send international money orders to "deposit" at the gambling sites. It just takes so long for mailing that we find other ways to deposit.
