These updates are of course a great thing for the site, but I think they should be allowed to be commented on. If you want to add 1 day suspensions its great, but why not let other users post their opinions in the same thread?

Hell, I don't just mean that. I mean any of the updates or "messages to pf.org" Maybe we should just start other threads when we need to comment, but its easier in the same one.

If a thread is started by myself, Red, or another mod and there's nothing to be discussed or too much to discuss, the thread should be closed. If there's too much to discuss, the thread becomes difficult to read and follow. If you want to comment on a Sticky, you can PM me or pick the topic out of the Sticky and discuss it in a different thread. This is to prevent merging too many topics in the same thread when a lot is said in the initial post. That's why I don't like when people post multiple HH's to begin one thread.
