I agree completely about bringing down the quality of the forums. There are several people, and they know who they are, who are just replying in every single thread whether its useful input or not, and mostly it's the latter.

350 is ALOT of posts, and i dont think anyone posting normally would be able to get that in a month, same with the referrals so ofcourse we're going to post in threads we dont usually post in.

I think taking the min amount away would help.
edit: just to clarify, i'm not hating on the contest or anything but to think that this wouldn't happen is kind of silly imho, i understand what kid was trying to do by having this contest and i think it's great, but you know, that money doesn't look that bad right now.
