We all know that having position over another player gives us advantage... or does it? Has anyone played in games where players don't seem to have any regard for position so the normal expectations one would have seem to go out the window?
How can we use position in these games to our advantage?
How can we use being out of position here to our advantage?

Position is power and knowledge. Whether your opponents understand that or not, if you have position, they have to act before you. that never changes. Acting last gives you heaps of knowledge and allows you to make better decisions.
Be happy that your opponents completely disregard position. This is money to you, once you learn how to punish their ignorance.
For your second question, you can never use being out of position to your advantage. No matter what you do, your opponent will know what you did before he has to decide.

I believe you can use being out of position as an advantage in certain situations. What about postflop play or even turn or flop. Your opponent may know what you did but can they answer to why you did it?

Even if nobody knows that position is so powerful, it is what it is and your job to take advantage. You have so much more at your disposal in position, you are in control of the hand, you can keep pot size in check, lots of different plays to put your opponent in bad spots, etc

You should to know who is the stronger player in your game to choose right position.
But when you cam play you don't know anything about your opponents
So you'll have an advantage when you play with your friends or with people which skills you already know
