Hey guys......what is the difference between online poker and live poker?
Does the playing techniques, strategies, bonus policies, deposit amount differs or its similar in both?
I am very confused!!!

Well You can't use poker face on online
In online you can use softwares and HUD like hm2 pt4 leak buster etc. But I think pokerstars banned them.

+1 vote for online
Live=no hub, need poker face, need drive to casino or poker club
Online= A HUD(HM2/PT4) to keep track of played hands,Leak Buster to plug your game leaks and the best part.... You can play while in bed, eating, cooking or in the toilet

I don't know the big difference as such but yeah.........I usually prefer live poker where the chances of loosing money is quite low.

I think an obvious difference when playing online is not being able to see your opponents. Also it is convenient to play being at home. Personally I prefer gambling online. Usually I choose one of mr bet partners casinos (as I find them to be trusty) and play my favourite games including poker. But I know people who don't like online poker at all, according to them, only live poker is a real game.
