    Default Pokerstrategy.com

    Hi,

I have been playing poker for a while but I know little about poker strategy. I found the website pokerstrategy.com. Has anyone used this? Is it a valid website?

Also, online poker >> Free tables. Are these tables bad to practice on? I was playing yesterday and players weren't making sense. On the flop a guy had 2 pair. He checked all the way. Another person had a straight after the flop and didn't raise. At the same time if I had a promising hand and raised to push bad hands out the pot everyone called. I assume this calling happens because play money is infinite and so there is no attachment to losses.

Pokerstrategy is good and legit, you will get a free bankroll after you pass the quiz. You can also get more free bankrolls here at these free poker bankroll sites.

Its a very good site for learning and they have Hand Judges over there to analyse hands which is pretty cool.

I have been playing on line last couple of weeks and what you say is correct, play money is that play money and not used for for helping all learn as we are trying to do. I haven't played any yet but on line using poker stratedy seems to have lesser amount of fun players. From my research it is at top. Books I reading talk of problems you raise and only advice, "move."

Play is far more different when you are playing with real cash or even with someone else's cash...shows poker is a real mental gane

I want verify info? on equilibrium matrix page, on the right side, hand info list on (BB defense call)

    1. The % indicates the villains range? and the % in middle, under matrix, indicates my actual range that l'll be calling? in the dark blue matrix boxs? ie: 10% is villain, 11.4 is my calling range, 30% villain, my call range is 41%, is this true? I'm reading it right?

    2. Under the matrix there is a VPIP box, what is its objective? when I slide it over the % changes, does this indicate the villain or me? and how do I use it?

    3. Is the % in the BB defense list given, is based on a tight, standard, or loose player?

I have tried using play money games to learn and practice poker.
As far as I am concerned, they are worse than a waste of time.

@goboy90808 how come you think that play money games are a waste of time? I'm mainly a home player but I found it's an easy way to familiarise myself with a few hands.
