Well, at least you're the side that seems to be getting the better of things right now

You can win a pawn with Bxa4 and then when he recaptures bxa4 (ruining his pawn structure and giving you targets for later in the game) Qa5+ followed by Qxa4 (unless he advances the pawn to c3, in which case Qxc3) wins you the pawn.
Petroff's Defense is the name of the opening that was used here...usually good for black as it minimizes white's early attacking chances. Usually pulled out by grandmasters when they want to play for a draw because pieces tend to get exchanged so fast neither side builds much initiative unless the other screws up. I didn't study it much as I tended toward more cluttered positions.

Yeah, that'll win you material...plan to castle to safety and there should be a good mating attack in your future. You've got a lead in material and piece development.
