So, for at least the rest the CFB and the NFL seasons, poker is done. Kaput. Gone. I've withdrawn my poker bankroll and will be taking $500 of it and starting up a sports betting roll. Tuesdays through Fridays I will spend around 2 hours a day assessing statistical trends, matchups, motivations as well as public perception/funky lines and line movements.

I will be doing 4 college and 4 pro picks weekly, not risking more than 3% of my bankroll on any bet. On typical straight wagers, I merely need to hit 52% to be a positive bettor but I'm looking for close to 60% (which is very, very good).

The only plays I will track, record, and actually bet...will be posted plays here.

I just want to see if there is actually money to be made and quite frankly, I still don't have my tilting/spewing problem down with poker yet.

This will be a fun journey!

Also, while I went a very, very respectable 8-1 with posted plays yesterday...they won't be counted in my records. Considering the first 5 were for a parlay and I'll only be doing straight wagers from here on out.

EDIT: Some lines require more than one unit laid but I will not exceed 4 bets a week, per sports.

My units will be $15.

Yeah, I've pretty much said bye-bye to poker for a while (except when I go on vacation in Europe next month).

For me, only NFL. One 5 parlay per week with another 1/2 single bets on individual games. Wagers range from 10-15 per bet/parlay.
