You have no choice in your bet size? Just triple the ante?
It would seem to me that your best chance would be to be a little tighter than the dealer, playing something like J8+ since you would have a slight edge over the house's range (and be risking more money at the higher costs)
I doubt you'll ever be +EV in this game, but you might find a way to be close to breakeven

feint, I did a few calculations where the player is tighter than the dealer. I think I made it up to where the player played the top 20% of hands and it was a huge house edge. That came from the fact that you couldn't win enough from the times you played and won vs. the times you played and lost to compensate for all the antes you lost when you folded. The best strategy I found was playing the same hands as the dealer.
I study at KRE8R's School of Bankroll Management.

find a single deck blackjack game that offers standard OLG blackjack rules and deep deck penetration. and learn single deck basic strategy and you'll have an edge over the casino. And if you ever find a game like that tell no one cause it'll be shut down so fast if card counters find it..I don't know if a game like this even exist anymore in the WORLD!
stop worrying so much and just let go.
