I grew up on E-C-DUB-u. Sabu was my fav with RVD in 2nd and Tazz 3rd.

I'll be watching, definitely. I haven't watched wrestling in over 5 years until a month ago. Ever since the WWF fucked Tazz and put behind a mic instead of in the ring because he's small, I haven't watched. It's about time, some non-pussified wrestling is back on TV. Those WWE guys are almost all pussies.

There are the gamer dorks on this forum. Never got it. I was a wrestling dork in the closet all through high school.

Everyone in the history of that organization are true athletes. No one's just a funny gimmick or fat ass who runs into people. Take out the "no rules" and the mat skills are top notch. That's what the owner has always wanted.

Besides HHH and Angle, any one person worth watching who's risen in other organizations over the last 10 years started in ECW. Benoit, Jericho, Mysterio, Shane Douglas, Rhino, Guerrero, Saturn, and many others.

Big Show's gonna get a workout. I'll tell you that.

Their hands were very tied. Vince McMahon found out in a bad way at the PPV that no one like the WWE. This is how ECW rolls with the weekly shows following a PPV so the stars can recover. A shoot, replay, short match, T & A, and a main event 3 way dance or tag match. In this case, it was a Battle Royal.

Expect a lot of this around PPV's. The biggest criticism of ECW was that they couldn't keep people healthy. Now, I think Heyman has fed into McMahon theories on the importance of roids, HGH, and amphetamines. If you didn't see evidence of amphetamines tonight, watch these same ECW guys from a few years ago and see their energy level. Compare it to a small show tonight. No comparison.

Once they expand the roster with the TNA guys crossing over when they're out of contract, the show will expand to 90 min. and then to an hour. The roster's too small to be high risk right now.

Isn't Lance Storm one of the TNA guys still under contract? If so, that's why Justin Credible is there. The last ECW champ was Rhino (TNA) and the second to last was Credible. But without Storm, yeah, he's useless.

Through Summerslam, the rivalries will be deeper across the organizations until Billy Gunn and Road Dogg are done with their contracts, so DX can be a real faction. Don't know if you saw it anywhere, but TimeWarner accidently had a DX promo that included pictures of HHH, HBK, and the New Age Outlaws. So, who knows who's? I know that the only way that HHH and HBK win is with "help." That's their MO, face or heel.

Talentwise, I'll take Sabu, Angle, Show, RVD, Dreamer, Sandman, and Raven over any Top 7 list you can compile of RAW and Smackdown. So, in terms of main eventers, ECW's the best. They just don't have the mid-carders and jobbers to give those main eventers rest so they have to be used sparingly.

And what the hell is Cena trying to do getting in the ring with real wrestlers? He looks like he doesn't know what he's doing when he's in the ring with a real wrestler. He's such a joke and Sabu's gonna make him look like guy who should be on Heat instead of RAW like RVD did. The guy wrestles in basketball shoes, for God's sake. So bad.

I know they're going heel with Cena. It's probably to re-ignite the HHH/Cena rivalry so Cena can try to use HHH's back for a boost. He's gonna look bad again as he always does against HHH and he doesn't have the mic skills to be a heel. BOOOORING!

He has knee history. That knee in a folding chair and 200lbs. landing on it didn't need to happen. He was fairly nimble on Monday. They're gonna give him a break on Monday and he'll be fine in 2 weeks. That'll be 5 weeks to heal what was at worst a sprain.

They definitely do that because they fly by the seat of their pants a lot. Either way, the interesting people to watch on those 2 shows are HHH, HBK, Edge, and Mysterio. I like that CM Punk guy. He's supposed to be an ECW guy.

The worst Taz angle was them bailing on a Taz/Angle rivalry that could've been hot. if you remember, Angle was undefeated for his first 4-5 months until Taz's debut. Taz's been fucked over everywhere since leaving ECW. The day after his first match was the beginning of McMahon burying him at the bottom of the card. I'd be pissed, too. He's on record as hating wrestling forums and spoilers.
