I like a flat here. I think a 3 bet is turning a good hand into a bluff. If he calls your re-raise, your in terrible shape against his calling range (AQ+, 1010+ at a push). If he shoves on you, the same applies. By not re-raising your keeping hands like KJ, AJ in....
By calling you can see the flop, and get it in if you dont see overcards.
If you'd asked me last week I would have said 3 bet him...saw a video that's changed my mind on that one.

I like a flat here, too, because of stack sizes and that we have position on him. I wouldn't hate a 3-bet if this guy was loose though, but that would be stat dependent. He'd have to have like a VPIP of 30+.
I don't think I get it in on the flop, even if there weren't over cards. Think stack sizes are too awkward for that. But I'll definitely float most flops and re-evaluate turns.
