Hi,
I am a amateur sit and go player who wasn't happy with the software available to analyse your main game. Sure there are some really great
tools (wizard for instance)...but i missed an overal analysis tool. Because
im also a student computer science I decided to write it myself.
Features:
- analysis main game 6max/9max/18max/45max/180max sit & go's (no advice, only data, conclusions are your job)
- overall, bubble, 3-way and heads-up analysis
- final table analysis of multi table sit & go's
- ICM versus Reward analysis
- determines how well your individual hands perform ICM-wise
- advanced filter options in hand selection
- special hand copy into single file option
You can check if you are better off making a deal when you reach a HU or continue playing. You can check if you are shoving profitably on the bubble when you have AJs (or any other hand). You can use the tool in conjunctions with the wizard due to a very handy hand copy mechanism. You can select certrain hands ( from all your tournaments) for instance all hands where you are calling a shove when you are holding: 55+,AK. Now these hands are coppied into a single text file for further study with the wizard.
Anyway..you can check it out, and decide for your self

2 Questions.
1) Does this give advice during play?
2) If it doesn't, how is it different from any of the established tracking software (PT3 for ex) that already exists?Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

I demand screenshots! I'm not going to download anything until I can see it in action (Viruses and stuff, y'know?).

1) no it does not give you real time advice.
2) it's a totally different piece of software then PT3/Holdemmanager/wizzard. It's used for analysis after you have played say 1k+ tournaments..preferably much more...personally i use it every time i complete 2.5K tournaments.
PT3/HM don't make ICM based calculation ( as far as I know)...the wizard does this..and dont get me wrong thats a great tool...and you can use my program in conjuction with the wizzard..because with my program you can spot major leaks..which you can further investigate with the wizzard.
cheers

How does one not do real time ICM calculations? Not sure I see the benefit of doing them after a tourny is done. (And while tourny math was widely understood by the better players when I was in this, the ICM stuff wasn't really around till lately I've been finding out, so please enlighten me on it's applications)

Most poker sites ban the use of ICM calculators during play, so they're mostly for after session review to get a better feel intuitive feel for ICM

What this program does, is calculate the average ICM value from all your tournaments per #players active at the table. It then
compares these values with the actual performed results. This way you can tell if you are playing better or worse then
your competition. For example you can find out that your 3-way play needs some tweaking.
Futhermore it calculates the total amount of icm value you have gained or lost for all possible hand card combo's. This way, for instance, you can
find out if you are shoving profitably on the bubble with A8s.Last edited by sitngofan; 02-16-2011 at 04:35 AM.
