Im told to raise preflop early in these low stakes tournies. I still get called with any two, i dont want to raise too much and get no action, or risk alot and not hit a flop and lose alot by having to fold. but if i bet a reasonable amount atc still calls me. Whats the solution ?

Both those hands were played perfectly, don't beat yourself up over bad luck, because it happens all the time.

Because they still call with anything. That is exactly why you raise preflop in these micro stakes tournaments.
