I'd only call if he is known to play absolute garbage here, and would be raising instead of shoving with a strong hand. Even if you do have him beat but he has something like KQ, QJ, etc. then you don't beat him by much, and it's not enough of an advantage to risk most of your stack on. Besides that, he might actually have a better ace or a pair.
