you did not play it very well. You were push/fold with your stack. The flat call is awful, you pot committed yourself.

and honestly I don't see a problem with pushing this in to his raise and hoping to get lucky. Personally I'd probably wait for a better spot unless I had a read on my opponent, but given that he has 5x your stack he's probably making the call here. Fold it or hope to get lucky all in but flatting was bad bad bad.

Hmmm...Definitely a fold/shove pre. You probably don't have the best hand. With under 10bb, it's definitely a shove if you're going to play it, but you really don't have any fold equity as UTG will be getting 2-1 on a call of your shove. Also, in my experiece, min raises UTG are generally strength and should be viewed with caution. If you don't play this hand, I'd be looking to shove any QKA high in an unopened pot in the next 3 hands. The flat is bad unless you were planning a go-and-go on any flop. Obviously, you have to get it in on that flop.

you made a mistake somewhere before this hand, allowing your stack to reach this size.

fold to a raise here, open if folded too. learn to steal pots so your stack won't reach this size
