This is the $20 1r1a on Stars, about 120 runners left at this stage, I'm in 12th.
Thoughts on both the CB and the 3bet on the flop please?

Middle pair v c/r

Don't like it at all because he easily defends with a hand like 55, 66, 77, 88 and does this exactly.

That's a pretty damn specific part of his range, 4tun8.

is there a read at all, or did you just decide to spaz out? because with nothing else to go on, this looks pretty bad. even his draws are gonna have great equity.
and i think ch is better than cbet on this flop.

I'm not really sure why I decided to spaz out. I didn't have much of a read because I hadn't been on the table long.
Isn't this a spot where he's bluffing a lot? I know his draws are going to have decent equity but we're still in ok shape ourselves against those hands.
I def agree checking > betting on the flop

I don't think he's bluffing in this case. Just screams big hand. Maybe even something like A4 of hearts I dunno.

Well it's very possible to check-raise air and draws here but vs some NFDs, pairs+straight draws, OESDs, NFDs, 65, 66, 55, 22 your equity is pisspoor.
