I think this is fairly standard but I also now think it is fairly bad.

PF is standard
I c/c or b/c the flop. You have 3rd NFD + a gutshot. Not exactly a big draw because you'll likely split if you hit a Q, and aren't guaranteed to win if you hit the flush. Also, MP1 may already have the straight or two pair, or even Axdd.
The only thing the turn does is give you 3 more outs to a non-nut straight. I'd c/c a small bet and c/f to a big bet. Really, the only thing you've done is put 60% of your stack in the middle while chasing hands that either win your chips back or loses your stack.I study at KRE8R's School of Bankroll Management.

c/c flop, i would c/r if we were shorter, but your too deep to be building a big pot without a made hand.
