Default TPTK second hand of the $6.5 90man

Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 15/30 Blinds, 9 Players
    LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

    BTN: 2,970
    SB: 3,060
    BB: 3,000
    UTG: 3,000
    UTG+1: 2,970
    Hero (UTG+2): 3,000
    MP1: 3,000
    MP2: 3,000
    CO: 3,000

    Pre-Flop: (45) T A dealt to Hero (UTG+2)
UTG calls 30, UTG+1 calls 30, Hero raises to 165, 4 folds, SB calls 150, BB calls 135, UTG calls 135, UTG+1 folds

    Flop: (690) 5 T 7 (4 Players)
SB bets 2,895 and is All-In, BB calls 2,835 and is All-In, UTG calls 2,835 and is All-In, Hero?

Standard of play is terrible but I think I can still fold this

    On the other hand:
One will have a flush draw almost deffinately,
Most Ts call here, as do some streight draw.

But: There is plenty of 75o and T7 in the range alongside the obvios sets. It would not be unheard of to see AA here.

SB open shoved into one limper the first hand of the tourney, this is the second hand with a perfect flop. This flop is why I play this hand. Ah is significant here as a may be up against flush draws.

It's not one for me. 3 people all in means you should hopefully see two people getting kicked out of the tournament in this hand. Why risk joining them?

I fold this. There are better spots for getting your money in. I'd expect at least one of the players to have overpair/set, and at least one to have a FD. If that's the case, you've got very little equity in the hand.

Oh, also there were $1 KO bounties, but that never effects my decsions.

A bounty has affected my decision once, but that was because the one person all-in had a $13 bounty, the tourney was only a $5.50 buyin, and it only cost me like 20% of my stack to call. (On that site, the bounties were unevenly distributed. The higher ranked on the TLB the person was, the higher the bounty.)

I'd still fold this hand. Way too many ways to lose.

Fold it pre. Stay away from AT early in tournaments. It's a decent hand later on but you're going to get (as you saw) too many calls this early in the tournament.

I think raising pre vs two limpers and deep stacks is fine.

Against one, I'd call, cause no one shoves a set or overpair OOP for like 4x the pot... they'll usually bet weakly, C/R or slowplay. Something like Xh7h or 9h8h is the most likely, and although you're not far ahead, I think it's still a call, because there aren't many hands that beat you that would play like that, except maybe someone with bottom two who's taken way too many bad beats lately and feeling paranoid.

As soon as someone else calls, though, I fold, because they could easily have a set, overpair or two pair.

I agree with this...if it were suited, I might limp it, but I'm looking for 2pair or better on the flop...this early in the tourney, when the raises are so little compared to stack sizes, anybody with a limping hand is probably going to be bad enough to call the small raise and hope to get lucky.

As played, I fold after about 1.5 sec of thought. Even if you are good here (which I highly doubt), your odds of staying that way aren't great. I'm not risking my entire stack when I'll have chances of getting it in much better later in the tourney.
