Default Playing AK early in 1 table SitnGo's

I'm 3 hands into this SitnGo and i've got AhKh here. This early I always just call any 3 bets and check/shove flop if I hit or fold to the cbet if I miss. Pretty simple stuff. Theory is that I don't really want to coin flip for my stack so early when there's normally easier money to be made so I play it slow. Sadly this is pretty weak and things typically unfold as shown below. Does anyone out there just shove pre?

    IN4REEHAB checks, PERKYJ bets t690, IN4REEHAB folds
    Total pot: t690

    Stack sizes?

Check-raising flop is often good here and takes it down a lot.

Check-raising the flop in this hand is bad. This is the third hand of the SnG, so I assume effective stacks are near starting stacks. A c/r is effectively a minraise. I don't mind a shove PF, but it's a high variance play and I'm not too keen on flipping for my tournament this early.

    Auto-shove pre-flop after the re-raise.
This is why I never raise standard amounts early on. Make it 200 to go off the bat, or just move-in (it's good for the image, and you'd be surprised the hands that might call you: AQ/AJ/KQ)

    Please don't do this

Check raising this flop is suicide

4bet/fold PF, leaning towards folding. As an indicator of how close I think it is:

    Fold > Shove >>>>>>> Call

    why?

obv pushing/folding/logging out and going for a cup of tea instead >>>>>> calling but im interested in why you dismiss it as u do. Im also interested in why u say that folding is the better option.

To OP: even though the answer wont significantly alter my answer, am i correct in saying that this is a low limit buyin?
