I guess this should be a raise to 250 in this spot, so then if he repops all in, then its an easier fold.

It's tough, because everyone's stack size is a little different... the raise that'll make it an easy fold against one of them will make it more marginal against someone else. I'd probably raise to 300 and fold if anyone except the SB shoves.
