He said he had AK at the end. My bet on river was perfect i think..
I thought of betting 1350 so it looks like a bluff then he would call hopefully.

bet 400 on the flop, 750 on the turn, shove for 1500 on the river. when you have a big hand try to get all on the money in the pot in a smooth, incremental way.

Didnt want him to fold on Flop though.. Knowing i had the best hand all the way.
When the king came..took him a long time to check.. so i thought maybe he hit a king and was unsure of what to do.
So at the end i knew he had a king..
Should i bet more on the river next time? Make it look like a bluff?
he said my bet was too much like a value bet so he thought i had Queens or aces.

As your opponent, I think I'm more cautious of someone checking that flop than cbetting it. How often is a J in an UTG+1's open range? I think I'd call a cbet with AK almost every time to take it away on a later street. You missed the most value on the flop because not only is 2 overs calling most of the time, but it also builds the pot for bigger bets on later streets.
