PokerStars No Limit Hold-em Tourney ($5.00+$0.50), Big Blind is t800, Ante 75 (9 handed)

MP1 (t7665)
MP2 (t94731)
Hero is CO with![]()

Villain is MP3.
Pre-Flop: (Pot=t675)
4 folds, Villain raises to t1600, Hero???
This is Villain's 2nd hand at the table so they are an unknown quantity. Should I fold, raise or call?
My thoughts are:
FOLDING
This allows me to to avoid a confrontation with a much bigger stack whos range probably has them ahead of me and possibly dominated. I also avoid potential elimination with the bubble rapidly approaching.
CALLING
A low risk option as I can see a flop relatively cheaply with a good hand. Hopefully I pick it up if I hit or maybe steal from position if checked to and fold if I miss and I'm bet at.
RAISING
I can take the initiative in this pot and hopefully pick it up preflop. If the villain 4 bets preflop I fold. I have a good chance to take the pot down with a continuation bet on the flop if we get there and I'm checked to. I've also been picking up more than my fair share or blinds and antes as No.2 bully on this table and would like this to continue.
My main questions are:
What to make of a big stack making a min raise from lateish pos?
Should I fold, raise or call?
What is everybody's thoughts on this one?

3bet/folding seems bad, he's hijack so his range is wide enough, folding seems pretty weak so i guess just call

fold imo, your not deep enough to flat or 3bet/fold. And if you 3bet and get called, a cbet would be a large portion of your stack.
