I think it would have been a good fold but since the game is low stakes people there are bound to play bad so it should have been a call. Just for low stakes games like that though.. Highstakes it would be a tuff play but I would have folded.

once u see ur dealt QQ in the sb(or AK/JJ), the immediate questions u should ask are 1) do i wanna play a big pot or small pot with this? and depending on that answer, 2) is there anyone to act before me who im happy to get it all in with pf against? (without knowing anything else, id say UTG and Btn are 2 two candidates)

what was ur thinking behind going along for the ride pf but then folding the flop?

and i know i didnt answer ur question but imo u questioning urself is way more beneficial than me posting easy shove/easy fold.

I think you either have to get as much as you possibly can in PF, with the intention of raising/shoving a flop, or just call that PF bet with how deep you are. Like Dee said, either go for the small pot considering you're in the 15/30 level by calling the 120 and assessing on flop, or you need to raise PF to at least 400-500...then come back over with a push.

Yep. Agree with most the comments so far.

Call that preflop raise and then anaylze on the flop.
If you shove the flop and your up against AA/KK or a set than C'est la Vie!
