I've played a few SnG tournaments today on Pokerstars (a few $3 and 2 $5) and in many of the games, the blinds had hit around 200/400 with the 25 ante or even 400/800 when there were still around 5 people left with basically everyone being short-stacked. Any kind of raise would basically leave you pot-committed and so everyone starts resorting to blindly going all-in to steal the blinds.
What is the best way to approach this when it does occur, or is the best method to just look away and shove?

only thing you can really do is try and get your chips in as a favorite, but don't be afraid to maybe take a coin flip with a marginal hand rather then get blinded out.
