    Default Double stack final table

Double stack--- 7 left, blinds 500/1000

    I'm in the c/o.

    c/o -18500
    button-8000
SB--51xxx is happy with his big stack being very nitty.. probaby because the other big stack has position on him.
BB--42xxx is fairly passive pre-flop, but aggressive post flop

folds around, c/o raises to 3k, button folds, SB folds, BB calls.

    flop

BB bets $6000, c/o goes all-in, BB calls.

    BB shows
    turn
    river

I don't think there is anything "wrong" with my bet, it's standard. But maybe the better play was to fold and find a better spot to ship my 15,500....

I raise to 4 or 4500 PF, even with your stack.

Push and steal the blinds at least. I doubt he's calling all-in preflop with that garbage. Also, raise more preflop, a lot of people are thinking you're going for a blind steal with that small bet.

Pushing PF is silly, you're too deep for that.

tbh I would have played the hand exactly the same way - that might not be a good thing.

That's suicidal. 2 players behind me have me covered more then 2 to 1. If the blinds were 1000/2000 or higher then pushing is a no brainer.

3x is too standard of a raise. My raise in that position is 4500 and he probably lays it down. I don't know why but I see it more often. When I used to bet 3x the blind a lot I would get called down just the same way.

Also, I think your probably looked upon as an aggressive here am I right? I'm not saying that I personally defend here with J5o but if your image is very aggressive I can ALMOST see why he calls. I think he bets out here with any hand on that flop because he sees you more often then not holding ace rag and forced to lay down to his bet. His call of your shove is kind of bad. At this point though he's getting 2:1 on his money with top pair crappy kicker. I dunno.....just trying to think as the villain.
