Fold it up......probably. Read on the player? Overpair to the board probably, slight slight chance he has 2 diamonds, but pretty much you're calling down hands that you do not beat.

All of this is very read dependant, but 95% of the time I'm laying it down. I really don't like you bet out here for this exact reason, if he DIDNT have a hand at this blind level he would have probably raised. Late position limps, min-raises, etc from tight players is always going to be bad news.

Without a solid read on the player I don't think anyone is going to give you solid advice. Is he the type of moron that limps late with AK and then tries to bet out like it's the nuts? I've seen that one plenty.

I would have bet out like 700 on the flop and folded to any action. I don't like your pot sized bet on the flop, just bet 1/2 potish 600-800, that will take care of any cheese hands. I really don't like your call of the min-checkraise.

My guess is he limped with 44/88/99 because of your stack, he's getting 20 to 1 on stacking you with a set. If you had 3000 he would have raised pre-flop since the odds really wouldn't be there: thats how I play it anyway.
