Obviously I shouldn't have called on the river, but at this point I'm like........so far behind what does it matter right?

Raise more PF. 180-210 seems right. If I get a call or two, I shove that flop.
As played, I just shove the turn.I study at KRE8R's School of Bankroll Management.

Blinds are at 20 and I'm going to raise to 180-210? Uh......that doesn't sound right.

I agree with a bigger raise pre-flop, you need to cut down their implied odds, you already have 2 limpers. early on in a tourney play big or fold, don't mess around trying to win 100 chips, you'll get stacked off too often to make up for the small pots you win.
if you raise to 200-250 you're giving them about 7 to 1 to call, and can push most flops, so even if they spike a set and stack you off, you will have played it perfectly.Read my musings on poker and life at Online Poker Examiner, Poker Examiner, PokerNewsBoy.com, and My Poker Blog
