I like it. M is 8.8. The problem is, M drops by 1 every 3 hands, so there's not a lot of time left. Hero is the shortstack. If BB has any brains at all, he knows this play can be made with a wide range of hands, so he'll call light. If he doesn't have brains, he only calls with hands that beat K9 meaning he's folding a lot here. Definitely +ev, imo.

im fine with pushing it since ur down to the final 3 with a hand thats close to being a 60/40 over his ATC.
even tho u have ~15BBs, ur a short stack with a much bigger stack against u and u need to start gathering chips if ur gonna win this thing.......u cant fold, u cant limp, u cant put in a realistic raise that u can then let go of so the only option left is to be the aggressor, get it all in and see what happens.

I would need some kind of read here to be able to justify a shove.
"On a large enough time line, the survival rate of a Donk will drop to zero."

I disagree that if you put a 3800-4000 range raise in that you couldn't let go of it. If the big stack jumps you then you usually call no matter what. But the other small stack is prob going to have to give you some respect most of the time. I predict in most situations you will pick this pot against him with no conflict. However if the goes all then you need to think hard before you instant call. If he has been playing solid up to this point and I have no reason to think he is donkish then I might fold it.
Basically you give yourself an out, just make sure you know that once you make the raise your pretty pot committed. So if your read isn't very good always call if the other small stack re-raises."On a large enough time line, the survival rate of a Donk will drop to zero."

In donkaments I 2.8k/fold as my standard bluff line here. This hand is owned by his entire reshove range (apart from 22-88 which I get alot of calls from fwiw).
I may also make a weak raise and call if the whole thing is super agressive/ he's flipped over 9To regularly enough.
