i would check preflop. no reason to raise because the likelihood that button calls is high because he has position on you. you have to call shove on the flop because you are pot committed now. so good call.

Very very easy shove preflop.
As played, sure, you can't fold.

You've got 13BBs, you're not planning to raise/fold so just shove.
As played you have to stack off with the NFD or there's no point committing 1/4 your stack with a suited ace.
