i would say good lay down. With 3 other players in that hand one was bound to have an Ace.

I like a 5x raise PF, and if you're going to CBet, then do it bigger. Like, a lot. I CBet shorthanded, but 9handed with 4 in on the flop, I would say c/f the flop.

thats a very weak cbet, i bet ~200 on that flop and fold to a raise. C/F is too weak this early imo, these players could have a very wide calling range pre.

don't like the way you played the flop. if you are going to bet, that's one thing, but please make a reasonable bet so as to make the hand a lot easier to play. people will raise this bet as it's a pretty transparent move and it certainly turns your hand range face up which is really bad. betting 60 is going to put you into way too many tough spots, allow you to get bluff raised, etc

with that said, I would check the flop for sure. there are no scary turn cards(you even have the kd) and worse hands do not call your bet. (well, unless you bet 60 loll, but thats a very bad play as i already discussed)

Thanks for the feedback. I guess when I seen the A with 3 callers, and knowing in these tournies that are sooo many people that would play A3 like the nuts first hand, I gave up as soon as the A hit. I almost considered just folding with no action

I didnt want to bet $200 and then fold so I think you are right that a check may have been best. Hopefully I'd see a free turn with a K or diamond, or fold to a "real" raise which I didnt have the balls to put out myself.
