generally it means villain has AAxx and didn't want to raise from utg+1 for a 90 chip pot to get called down by anyone with suits and connectors. its sometimes better to let it slide with a limp and hope for a raise to get the reraise from early position with AAxx. if it limps all the way around, its easy to get away from the hand when it comes up coordinated in the wrong direction, such as 789all hearts when you are sitting on clubs and spades. if it does hit for you then you can cash in.
i would call and hope to catch the straight.f*cking it up for everyone else since 1969.
