Bet river

i think he checks behind most queens and there are not too many hands that he can turn into a bluff on the river (there are no missed draws as they all got there on the turn)

also you are probably good considering he checked behind turn

if you are raised its an easy fold

Yeah I think you can get some value from Kx or pairs here, and you're calling anyways so it's better you bet 200 and fold to raise

As others have already said. Bet on the river, if you are reraised, especially a min-re-raise.. It's an easy fold, disappointing turn card.
