I am new to this so I am sure someone has a better idea of what to do here but i think you lost total control when you didn't bet the flop. I would have bet the flop to see where i was at especially since I have the chips to do it. If he goes over the top again you have a tough decision but he may have AK he may have pocket AA, KK, QQ. You have no idea where you are at now though.

some read would be useful, but as played it looks like a fold

a read would help. less likely to be ak, more likely to be lower pocket pair. Aces, kings or queens are a big concern. without a read tho, your looking to fold. but its a disgusting fold you'll be kicking urself wishing you knew your opponent better!

I had no read. He just did what every other donk does, and min-raise and pot the flop lol. Then after the hand he showed KK lawl.

Yea that min riase pf would have screamed huge hand. Idc who you are if you are min raising pf you have a big hand. Its a tough spot since that is a great flop and if we lead out it is hard to fold to a raise. However, I would have led out just to see how villan played it.

edit: Saw that villain had KK. Tough spot to be in and to be honest I would have most likely stacked off on this flop. However, if you folded to flop bet nice play time to move on and make some cash.
