the point is a steal, we want foldaments from those behind us, a shove is a much harder decision for a villain in the blinds than a standard raise is and we have barely >10bb's, thus, shoving>raising

is there any panic in shoving with ~10bbs at a non-turbo sng? id say no.

raising/shoving is almost the exact same scenario here(again, unless the blinds are complete donks).....if u raise a normal 3x/3.5xbb, the blinds arent gonna be thinking "ZOMG i can push him off the hand if i now shove over the top of him".

they are both likely to call our push with as many hands as they are likely to push against a raise from us and imo, they are only gonna do both with hands that we're behind to.

obv the button will only ever call our shove when he has us badly beat.

There has been some good discussion here.

Folding is the best option marginally here IMO. I think this has little EV value either way.

I think we are in a good position that we dont really have to get involved with this hand.

Heck I think shoving all in vs folding is pratically the same in terms of EV.

To answer your question, based on the bolded part above, not an awful lot

Dee raising and shoving is not the same here. Lots of players try and 3bet shove too often without thinking about fold equity. And they do it with too wide a range. If we raise we want to take down the pot now and shoving gives us a lot more FE than raising

Make it 400, then fold if BTN shoves and call a push from SB or BB. Straight shoving is also +EV, but I think this line is better. Don't fold.

we cant assume what the blinds will do as we have no reads but we're both basically saying the same thing here.

im still folding this as i trust myself to do well in this sng without resorting to pushing A9o with ~10BBs.
