I actually like the turn bet here, but I'm completely done with the hand once he raises this. I only bluff-push with a good read here.

his flop check and turn c/r really shout made flush or straight. Your best options are splitting if your straight hits or catching a spade and hoping it's the winning flush, so I think a fold to his reraise is a clear choice

i dont.

but i love the 4 bet. not because i would have done it, but because we are leaving a 1/3 of our stack on the table if we fold to 3 bet. leaving us 12 bbs heads up. not snazzy, im c/f this hand on the turn. given villains style of play

how so?

you know nothing of the style villain is playing. heros flop check can indicate weakness. bags a donk so im gonna assume he would go for a cbet here more times than not. even if villain was rather competent he would go for a c/r semi-bluff, or even go in with nothing at all.

im just throwing speculation out there because there isnt enough information present to make an accurate assumption of villains holdings. i c/r bluff the turn all the time after checking a flop. done at the right time and against the right opponent, it can be very profitable.

lol and 15bb deep isn't one of them.

either cbet flop or be done with the hand, you're in bad shape here. maybe 6 clean outs to straight and i doubt your flush outs are good.

this deep i just employ the shove top 1/3 of hands pf strat.
