You are already in the money, you are the short stack. You have more than 10BB's so I dont think its really push/fold time yet but if you are going to play A9s OOP then you really need to raise it PF, and probably shove to steal the blinds since its going to end up being a decision for all your chips anyway if the BB calls.
To be honest I would probably fold this PF since you are butting heads with the big stackFighting online is like racing in the Special Olympics; Even if you win, you're still retarded
