Fold, I would suspect CO has KK/AA or caught a set. You're only beating JJ, QK, maybe QJ (in terms of hands he raised with), but I doubt he would be so bold with any of those.

Because of position and the hand being only medium-strong. As you see in how the hand played out, even if you hit very well for your hand, you won't really know if it's the best unless they both fold. If you hit an ace, what's to say CO didn't have AK? Plus it is more likely to miss the flop than to hit it, so save your chips for a more certain situation.

Ah this is a MTT isn't it? I thought it was SnG first time I looked for some reason.
Given that I re raise PF almost always, only a strong read on CO that he is a nit would stop me.
I think it goes 3bet>fold>>>>call
yp - position is the key to why we fold, but also our hand is unlikely to win a big pot whilst having a distinct possibility of losing a big pot.
