Not sure if i am getting the value I need with this shove? Thoughts? Just worried about A Q K XX flops and what to do then.

I think shoving is an ok move here, you don't want to waste 400 chips just calling then folding if any overcard comes. JJ is usually raise or fold, it's one of the ugliest hands to play flop and postflop.

Meh, I like the shove, there is 550 chips in the middle, worth having.
