I was watching when this went down Bag and, like, jumped outta my chair when you folded. Seriously. That was a shove if ever there was one.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

Is shoving over the initial raise not pretty standard here? (Rather than the 40k bet)

Why the 3bet? Was CO being a bully with his stack? I think this was a shove or fold (I personally would've folded), you had about 15BB (enough to wait for the next big hand then shove), and 2 of the 3 people to act after you if you raise have you well covered (not worth risking tournament life on a coin flip IMO, even worse if they both get involved).

    that's my nitty analysis

Assuming no antes you are getting roughly 134:36k or 3.7:1 on your call.
