    i guess everyone but me raises this river?....comments on any other street plz

    Poker Stars
    No Limit Holdem Tournament
    Blinds: t10/t20
    8 players
    Converter

    Stack sizes:
    UTG: t2930
    UTG+1: t4660
    MP1: t1650
    MP2: t980
    CO: t1610
    Hero: t1440
    SB: t1840
    BB: t1440

    Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is Button with
    3 folds, MP2 calls t20 (pot was t30), CO folds, Hero raises to t100, 2 folds, MP2 calls t80 (pot was t150).

    Flop: (t230, 2 players)
    MP2 checks, Hero bets t100, MP2 calls t100 (pot was t330).

    Turn: (t430, 2 players)
    MP2 checks, Hero checks.

    River: (t430, 2 players)
    MP2 bets t40, Hero calls t40 (pot was t470).

    Results:
    Final pot: t510
    MP2 showed 9s Tc
    obv im worried about a K on the turn...also its very early so i want to keep the pot small

    i cant see any value in raising him here. hes playing it exactly like a donk would play a K so im calling too.

    I would def. just call on the river. IMO he had 88 or 99.

    i also think he had 88 99 or A 10.
    he called BB then called your raise.
    he got scared by your raise and wasn't aggressive enough to bet the flop but probably on a draw that's why he just called.
    he checked the turn because he didn't hit anything.
    he bet the river cuz he probably caught the 10 and nothing else..

    i probably would've just called too but i think you could've taken down the pot after the turn with a pot size bet.

    just my .02 i'm not a pro though...
