I have to 3-bet here I know, but I wonder if it makes sense to fold to the 4-bet from MP1? To me he has to have KK or AA, I suppose QQ isn't out of the question. Or is that just to nitty to even consider?

Actually, you don't "have" to 3bet here. as played I would fold to the 4bet, or push. calling is the worst of the options imo.
