All his actions tip me off to him using his enormous chip advantage as a buffer to take more chances bluffing and semi-bluffing, since he can well afford to take the chance at making you fold if the flop scares you. He flat calls PF meaning he probably doesn't have something really strong, and can afford to be in a 3way pot with almost anything. To me his bet on the flop reeks of a semi-bluff. He either has a flush or straight draw, or a pair and backdoor draw (i.e. 10 J). Since the pot is now 19,400 and you have about 19,000, I would be shoving this, even knowing that he will call on a semi-bluff. It is the best option, since you do NOT want to call and give him better odds to catch up, and there is not enough of a chance that he has you drawing dead to fold. There is no great way to play this one, but the best of it would be to shove, IMO.

In a tournament hand there are far more pieces of information needed such as how close to the bubble are we? Already ITM? Buy in? Our overall tournament position?
The pot is about half your stack on the flop and you have top pair with 3rd kicker (after J, A) so I think this is an insta stack off. This is with no information though.
