Normal raise is the worst thing you can do here. Especially UTG.
Probably no reads at all considering it's an MTT. I push here and hope to scoop the blinds so you're not crippled when the blinds hit you next hand.BOSS

alternatively u could limp and call a reraise from the guy who 4bet u
