He would have to be on some sort of draw here I think. I think either open-ended straight draw, or flush draw (perhaps an
). On the other hand, he could already have the flush or something as simple as top pair or two overs.
I would probably raise this to 900 and then fold to the reraise because the SB has you covered and its such a horrible board.Last edited by ajrees; 08-25-2007 at 06:41 PM.

Agree with ajrees. You'll get the same information with 3x as with the 4x bet and be left with something. Although you'll be pushing within the next 5 hands given the blind levels. Scary board. Thinking villian is holding Ac small, possibly even paired the board.

I'm not overly worried about the nut flush all ready made on that flop...a big suited Ace would've raised PF. It definitely looks like shit but I stack off here. You made your straight without having to risk anything PF. It's a very strong possibility you're dominated by the flush but I don't know...I donk it off.

Two possibilities with that kind of betting:
(1) SB flopped a baby flush.
(2) SB flopped two pair, but has no major club (or no club at all).
Since half of your stack is already in the pot, why not call the all-in here?
