I'm not much of a tourney player, but my opinion is:
A) I don't like the min raise PF. I think I probably would have put about 400 here...
B) I wouldn't have called the push. I put his (imho) probably hands that he would push with PF into pokerstove (AA-TT, AKs, AKo, AQs, AQ) and i come up with you as a 2:1 underdog to those potential hands.
You still have plenty of chips (even with a 300 raise, you're still looking at 45bb which at this stage in the tourney would be enough play your A game and hopefully come back).
Don't get me wrong, I don't like his raise either. but we're not talking about how he played
Take this opinion for what it's worth and I'm sure somebody will disagree with me.Trons

What the hell, I didn't min-raise.
That's weird, I reraised to 350. I know that for a fact because I distincly remember putting those numbers in.Last edited by J29622; 07-23-2007 at 09:40 PM.

And I didn't have 45x the BB, I had 24x the BB which is quite a bit different.
Also bear in mind that a lot of the players here at the lower limits are either maniac/donkeys/calling stations so their shove range of hands really isn't as tight as that. He could easily have been doing it with a 33 or a 44, or maybe even a A8 where I am a big favorite.Last edited by J29622; 07-23-2007 at 09:40 PM.

Way to early. Even if you pull a major suckout here and double up you can get your money in at a better spot w/ a better edge. Chips later in the tournament are worht more than a double up now!!
The early stages of a SNG are about SURVIVING. You only want to get your money in when you are a huge (4-1 or better) favorite.TTinthehole (1:11:07 AM): i was gonna raise after littlemissvic limped
