For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

If effective stacks were 6k, I might fold.
After the limper you should raise to 900-1200, though.

already 500 in pot, you only add 8... villian had good cause to steal. I agree with alex ('cause obv he's 100x better than me) that about 1200 would have been a better representation of you hand. That said, I would probbaly fold.

The raise was a bit of a braindead moment. I would usually pop it to 1k, think I just ignored the fact there was a limper.
